I brushed on artificial ice mix for a cool frozen look. The dry ice mist effect was added during the editing.
The cut-out shapes were added in during retouching.

We shot the image using a light painting method about 10pm at night while the sun was setting (July)

Final wine bottle & glass image
Wine bottle setup (left). The end of bottle was removed (right) to pour wine into the glass.
How to remove the bottom of the bottle using nail polish remover, some string, matches and cold water.

preparing the bottle with gloss spray to protect the label and looking great. Gloss spray was also used to make the grapes looking nice and juicy!
